The work
I spent 4.5 years at TikTok working on youth safety and wellbeing policy. I have a PhD in education from Cambridge and three years teaching meditation. I've felt this pull myself and found my way back from it. That's why I work with parents, young people, schools, and organizations who want to understand what the algorithm actually does to attention and wellbeing and provide practical solutions for what to do about it. I bring inside knowledge of how these systems work, real research in education and human development, and the personal experience of having lived it.
